Packing quality determines how well belongings travel and how efficiently the destination comes together. Our process uses appropriate cartons, cushioning, wrapping and labels for the item and the route.
White-glove service adds coordination and attention for art, antiques, glass, designer furniture, wardrobes and private or sensitive belongings. Custom crates and third-party specialists can be arranged when required.

A tailored packing plan
We identify what we are packing, what the client will pack, which items require special declarations and what must remain accessible. Jewellery, cash, documents, medication and irreplaceable personal items should travel with the client unless specifically accepted in writing.
Protection and accountability
We document important details before the move, use appropriate protection and complete a final walkthrough. Verified mover-caused damage is reviewed under our written Protection Promise and the coverage selected for your move. Special-value items, owner-packed contents, pre-existing damage and exclusions must be declared and documented before service.
